WARRANT: Eric J. Kaczor, 25, 2620 David Drive, Niagara Falls, was arrested on a warrant for unlicensed operation at 4 a.m. Saturday and is being held in lieu of $500 bail.
DWI: Michelle A. Jeanette, 50, 31 Doris Ave., Lancaster, was charged with felony DWI and equipment violations at 11:58 a.m. Friday. Jeanette was stopped for driving without headlights when the officer detected the odor of alcohol, according to reports. Jeanette allegedly failed multiple field sobriety tests and a chemical breath test revealed a 0.13 percent blood alcohol content. Her license also showed a previous DWI conviction out of Amherst, making the charged a felony. Jeanette was held for court.
WARRANT: Matthew W. Haynes, 22, 696 Oliver St., North Tonawanda, was arrested on a warrant for stalking at 6:18 p.m. Friday. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail.
