BLOTTER: Police reports published Oct. 14

City of Tonawanda

DWI: Thomas C. Bator, 40, 271 Kinsey Ave., Apt. A2, Kenmore, was arrested Tuesday for felony DWI, speeding, unlicensed operation of a vehicle and contempt. He was stopped on Main Street around 3 a.m. when the passenger in his vehicle was also found to have an active stay-away order against him. Bator’s blood alcohol content was found to be 0.17 percent. He was held for court.

DRUGS: Joshua A. Cook, 18, 190 Greenfield St., right, Town of Tonawanda, was arrested Monday for possession of marijuana. He was released on an appearance ticket.

DWI: Douglas C. Beecher, 58, 5844 Buffalo St., Wheatfield, was arrested early Tuesday for felony DWI, failure to keep right and running two red lights. His blood alcohol content was found to be 0.12 percent. Beecher was held for court.

DWI: Ryan A. Szymczak, 31, 150 Palmer Ave., Apt. 2, Town of Tonawanda, was arrested Saturday for felony DWI, aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, failing to use his turn signal and speeding. Szymczak’s blood alcohol content was found to be 0.19 percent. He was held for court.

DWI: Sierra S. Johnston, 21, 302 Robin Road, Amherst, was arrested Sunday evening for DWI and making an improper left turn. Her blood alcohol content was found to be 0.14 percent. She was held for court.

North Tonawanda

ID THEFT: Tammy L. Bonczar, 41, 267 Oliver St., rear, surrendered Tuesday for fourth-degree possession of stolen property, second-degree identity theft and possession of ID data. She was released on her own recognizance.

LARCENY: Robin E. Kassirer, 30, 14 State Creek Drive, Apt. 9, was arrested Tuesday for second-degree possession of a forged instrument and grand larceny. Kassirer is being held in lieu of $750 bail.

ID THEFT: Mark D. Hensel, 47, 64 Robert Drive, Apt. 4, was arrested Monday for fourth-degree possession of stolen property, identity theft and possession of ID data. Hensel is being held in lieu of $1,000 bail.
