City of Tonawanda
DRUGS: Edmund J. Ruppel, 22, 34 Embassy Square, Town of Tonawanda, was arrested Friday for possession of marijuana and aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. He was also cited for two outstanding warrants: One in Amherst and another from SUNY Buffalo. Ruppel is being held in lieu of $250 bail.

CONTEMPT: Glenn B. Hunt, 56, 1182 Niagara Falls Blvd., was arrested Thursday for second-degree criminal contempt. He was held for court.
