BLOTTER: Police reports published Oct. 18, 2009

North Tonawanda, NY — City of Tonawanda

WARRANT: Michael R. Krebs II, 32, 194 Ironton St., North Tonawanda, was arrested Saturday afternoon on two warrants for criminal contempt. He was held for court.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Dylan R. Hayes, 26, 190 Delaware St., upper, was charged at 5 a.m. Saturday with disorderly conduct. Officers saw Hayes, who was intoxicated, urinating on a Main Street building. After telling him to stop, they drove by again a short time later and saw him doing it again. According to reports, Hayes was belligerent. He was released on an appearance ticket.

TRESPASSING: Colleen E. Blazina, 44, 108 Follette Lane, was charged early Saturday with second-degree harassment and criminal trespassing. Reports said Blazina entered the home of her ex-boyfriend uninvited and started a physical altercation with his new girlfriend. She was held for court.

DWI: Kimberly Czajkowski, 33, 226 Dupont Ave., Town of Tonawanda, was charged with DWI, speeding and driving left of pavement markers following a 2:39 a.m. Saturday traffic stop on Young Street. Czajkowski was clocked driving 42 mph in a 30-mph zone. She failed field sobriety tests and refused a breath test. She was held for court.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: James N. Oliver, 29, 315 Schenck St., upper, was charged at 3:20 a.m. Saturday with disorderly conduct after police saw him urinating in front of Dwyer’s Pub on Webster Street. He is being held in lieu of $100 bail.

DWI: Marc D. Smith, 34, 5902 Tonawanda Creek Road N., Pendleton, was charged at 1:36 a.m. Saturday with aggravated DWI, drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle and failure to yield following a traffic stop on Webster Street. Smith failed field sobriety tests and his blood alcohol content was measured at 0.21 percent following a breath test. Smith is being held in lieu of $250 bail.

DRUGS: Matthew J. Schmidt, 24, 1472 Hertel Ave., Buffalo, and Joseph M. Barrett, 25, 361 Washington Ave., Kenmore, were both charged early Saturday with unlawful possession of marijuana while at the Mobil gas station on Division Street. Schmidt was released on his own recognizance; Barrett is being held in lieu of $250 bail.
