BLOTTER: Police reports published Nov. 15, 2009

North Tonawanda

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Cedrick K. Bradberry, 28, 90 Lake St., Apt. 24, Youngstown, was charged at 4:30 a.m. Saturday with disorderly conduct following an incident on Payne Avenue. He is being held in lieu of $100 bail.

DWI: Leon A. Lonnenville Jr., 53, 916 80th St., Niagara Falls, was charged at 1:41 a.m. Saturday with DWI, driving left of pavement markers and failing to signal. Police pulled over Lonnenville on Tremont Street. He failed field sobriety tests and registered a 0.12 percent blood alcohol content on a breath test. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail.

DWI: Calebmoises H. Garcia, 23, 225 Tremont St., was charged with DWI, speeding and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle following a traffic stop Friday night at Oliver and East streets. He failed field sobriety tests and registered a 0.08 percent blood alcohol content following a breath test. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail.

LARCENY: A Sommer Street resident reported having various computer equipment, jewelry and liquor stolen sometime Friday. The total estimated worth of the stolen items was more than $5,000, according to the report. No arrests have been made.

City of Tonawanda

WARRANT: Stephen R. Heilmann, 31, 162 Jenell Drive, Grand Island, was arrested Friday afternoon by Erie County sheriff’s deputies on three warrants from February 2008, for DWI, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a traffic violation. He is being held in lieu of $400 bail.
