WARRANT: Adam M. DiFelice, 21, 1671 Leah Drive was arrested on a warrant for theft of services at 9:06 a.m. Thursday. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail.
DRUGS: Joshua M. Bunting, 28, 1432 Nash Road, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 4 a.m.. Thursday and released on his own recognizance.
DWI: Eric M. Eberwein, 47, 725 Oliver St., was charged with DWI and failure to keep right at 12:48 a.m. Thursday. Eberwein was stopped for weaving when the officer detected the odor of alcohol, according to reports. Eberwein failed field sobriety tests and a chemical breath test revealed a 0.16 percent blood alcohol content. Eberwein was released when sober.

DRUGS: Anthony J. Mancone, 20, 16 Carney St., was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 11:26 p.m. Wednesday. Mancone was stopped for a traffic violation when the officer allegedly detected the odor of marijuana, according to reports. Mancone was released on an appearance ticket.
