BLOTTER: Police reports published Nov. 22, 2009

City of Tonawanda

BURGLARY: A Frederick Street man reported his home was broken Friday into and cash was stolen. A screen on his kitchen window was damaged as well. No suspects were listed in the report.

WARRANT: Matthew E. Thompson, 23, 1202 Walden Ave., Cheektowaga, was charged on an Oct. 26 warrant for second-degree aggravated harassment. He was held for court.

North Tonawanda

ASSAULT: Cedric D. Clark, 17, 16 Crowell Court, Town of Tonawanda, was charged Saturday morning with third-degree assault and false personation following an incident on Robert Drive. Clark allegedly gave a fake name to police upon his arrest, according to reports. He is being held in lieu of $1,000 bail.

LARCENY: Eric E. Keuning, 18, 510 Oliver St., Apt. 3, was charged with petit larceny after he was caught shoplifting alcohol at Tops on Meadow Drive. He is being held in lieu of $100 bail.

LARCENY: A Tremont Street woman reported Friday night that three rifles and seven shotguns were missing from her home. No suspects were listed in the report.

BURGLARY: An Oliver Street man reported the theft of cash, DVDs and hydrocodone pills from him home Friday afternoon. No suspects were listed in the report.

DWI: Annette M. Barone, 45, 5976 Elmwood Lane, Newfane, was charged at 1:45 a.m. Friday with DWI, driving left of pavement markers, passing a red light and consuming alcohol in a vehicle following a traffic stop at Tremont and Vandervoort streets. Barone failed field sobriety tests and refused a breath test. She is being held in lieu of $250 bail.
