DRUGS: Michael R. Law was arrested Thursday for criminal possession of a controlled substance and riding a bike without a bell signal. He had two plastic baggies with a white substance in them. Law was issued an appearance ticket.

WARRANT: Chaz E. Bulera, 34, of East Park Road, Grand Island, surrendered on a warrant Friday for suspended registration. He was held for court.
WARRANT: Amber C. Okon, 22, of William Street, surrendered Friday on a bench warrant for second-degree harassment. She was held for court.
North Tonawanda
HARASSMENT: James A. Zellner, 63, 346 Robinson St., was arrested at 2:36 a.m. Friday with second-degree harassment following a domestic incident. He was held for court.
