Tonawanda News — North Tonawanda

DISORDERLY: John S. Niesen, 23, 455 Delaware St., Tonawanda, was charged at 2:08 a.m. Sunday on Webster Street with disorderly conduct. He was held for court. 

DISORDERLY: Ryan M. Carr, 25, 1733 Fillner Ave., was charged at 2:08 a.m. Sunday with disorderly conduct. He was held for court. 

HARASSMENT: Michael J. Wells, 410 Kohl St., was charged at 2:10 a.m. Sunday with second-degree harassment. He was held for court. 

City of Tonawanda

DWI: Deborah A. Teresi, 51, of North Marion Road, was arrested Saturday for aggravated DWI, failure to keep right, driving to the left of the pavement markings and passing a stop sign. Her blood alcohol level was 0.26 percent and she was held for court.   

Town of Tonawanda

DWI: Christopher D. Garvey was arrested Thursday for DWI and speeding. He was driving near Colvin Boulevard and Willowbreeze Road. He refused a breath test and was issued traffic tickets.

DISORDERLY: Alexander W. Ranney was arrested Friday for disorderly conduct. He was issued an appearance ticket.

DRUGS: Brian P. Strand was arrested Saturday for unlawful possession of marijuana, operating a motor vehicle without financial security, illegal signal and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. He was driving near Military Road and Knoche Road. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail. 

LARCENY: Larry R. Scott was arrested Saturday for petit larceny and trespassing. He allegedly stole a bike from a resident’s backyard. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail. 

ALCOHOL: Jacob J. Laudan was arrested Saturday for unlawfully possession of alcohol under the age of 21. He was issued an appearance ticket. 

LARCENY: Louis Henhawk was arrested Sunday for petit larceny. He allegedly stole two 12-packs of beer from a NOCO gas station and was issued an appearance ticket. 

DWI: Gerard L. Simons was arrested Sunday for DWI and moving from a lane unsafely. He was driving near the intersection of Brighton Road and Puritan Road. Simon’s blood alcohol level was 0.14 percent and he was issued an appearance ticket.
