Tonawanda News — Town of Tonawanda

TRESPASSING: Richard T. Depascale was arrested Friday for third-degree criminal trespassing. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail.

DWI: Jason B. Bronschidle was arrested Saturday for DWI, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, an equipment violation and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. He was driving near Brighton Road and Overbrook Avenue and was issued five traffic tickets.

CONDUCT: Ryan J. Arnold was arrested Sunday for second-degree obstructing governmental administration and disorderly conduct. 

DRUGS: Dustin E. Fera was arrested Sunday for operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs and failure to exercise due care to avoid collision with an emergency vehicle. He was issued two traffic tickets.

PEDDLING: Jesse L. Norrod was arrested Monday for peddling without a permit. He is being held in lieu of $100 bail.

POSSESSION: Stuart S. Sloan was arrested Monday for fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. 

City of Tonawanda

WARRANT: Kenneth P. Hartrich, 32, of Briar Lee Road, surrendered on a bench warrant Tuesday for suspended registration. He was held for court.

WARRANT: Alexi M. Salamone 25, of Dekalb Street, surrendered on a warrant Tuesday for suspended registration. He was held for court.

WARRANT: Kelly L. Orr, 36, of Apple Street, Lackawanna, surrendered on a warrant Tuesday for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. She was held for court. 

North Tonawanda

CONTEMPT: John J. Record, 21, 310 Robert Drive, Apt. 6, was charged at 4:38 p.m. Monday with second-degree criminal contempt. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail.

RECKLESS: Thomas K. Wilmot, 19, 178 Lindsey Place, was charged at 4:04 p.m. with reckless driving and speeding. He was released on his own recognizance.
