HARASSMENT: Sarah L. Mountain, 21, 80 Allen St., was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment at 3:56 a.m. Saturday following a dispute at her home. She is being held in lieu of $500 bail.

DWI: Robert A. Caruana, 52, 110 Industrial Drive, was charged at 2 a.m. Saturday with DWI and no turn signal following a traffic stop on his street. Caruana's blood alcohol level was 0.12 percent. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail.

DWI: Katie L. Reiter, 21, 1500 D'Angelo Drive, was charged at 2:10 a.m. Saturday with DWI, using a cell phone while driving and failing to keep right after a traffic stop on Erie Avenue. Her blood alcohol content was 0.10 percent. She is being held in lieu of $250 bail.

DWI: Nathan C. Maziarz, 26, 1246 Doebler Drive, was charged at 5:31 a.m. Saturday with DWI, leaving the scene of an injury accident, speeding and failing to keep right after an incident on Master Street. Maziarz's blood alcohol content was 0.12 percent. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail.
