WARRANT: Carlos A. Guzman, 44, of Tonawanda Street, Buffalo, was arrested at 2:30 p.m. Saturday on an April 30, 2011, warrant for issuing a bad check. Guzman was picked up by state police conducting a traffic safety checkpoint and turned over to Tonawanda police.
OBSTRUCTION: Cheri A. Falter, 36, of Delaware Street, was charged at 6:17 p.m. Friday with obstructing governmental administration. While attempting to take a complaint at the police station, officers said Falter became uncooperative and needed to be restrained. She was released on an appearance ticket.
North Tonawanda
DWI: Nicole E. Freiburger, 33, 6763 Minnick Road, lot 171, Lockport, was charged at 4:24 p.m. Friday with DWI and no seat belt following a traffic stop on East Felton Street. She refused a breath test and was released on her own recognizance.
