DRUGS:

Phillip Dayley, 36, of Fletcher Street, was arrested Monday evening at Niawanda Park for possession of marijuana. He was released on an appearance ticket.

North Tonawanda

CONTEMPT: Leandro Bruno, 25, 62 Ironton St., was charged at 1:38 p.m. Tuesday with endangering the welfare of a child, harassment and first-degree criminal contempt. He was held for court.
