WARRANT: Emily A. Conboy, 23, of Westgate Road, Kenmore, was arrested Tuesday on a warrant for petit larceny. She was turned over by police in Amherst and was held for court.

ASSAULT: Mark E. Garlapo, 49, of Morgan Street, was arrested Tuesday for second-degree assault, second-degree reckless endangerment, criminal mischief, second-degree unlawful imprisonment and third-degree menacing. The charges stem form a domestic incident involving a female. Later, Duane E. Andrews, 36, of Main Street, who police reports indicate is a relative of the victim, was arrested for second-degree assault, for allegedly locating and attacking Garlapo. Bail for each was set at $5,000.
