Tonawanda News — City of Tonawanda

DWI: Jodi L. Gleason, 26, of Niagara Street, was arrested Tuesday for aggravated DWI and moving from a lane unsafely. She allegedly struck a parked car on Main Street and her blood alcohol level was .21 percent. She was held for court.

DWI: Karl D. Shoop, 34, of Young Street, was arrested Wednesday for DWI, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of  a vehicle and unlawful possession of marijuana. He refused a breath test and was held for court. 

WARRANT: Justine L. Yurek, 40, of Clair Avenue, surrendered on a warrant Wednesday for second-degree harassment. She was held for court. 

HARASSMENT: Dennis J. Smilinich, 62, of Grove Street, was arrested Wednesday for second-degree harassment. He was allegedly involved in a physical altercation on Main Street. He was released on an appearance ticket.
