CONTEMPT: Samuel J. Peczino, 20, Dunston Avenue, Buffalo, was charged at 6:05 p.m. Wednesday with criminal contempt and speeding. He was held for court.
WARRANT: Erin M. Friedhaber, 28, Hagan Avenue, North Tonawanda, surrendered on a warrant at 10:30 a.m. Thursday and was charged with seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance. He was held for court.
TRESPASS: Edward Siwy, 37, Scott Street, turned himself in on two warrants and was charged at 10:10 a.m. Thursday with larceny, criminal mischief and trespassing. He allegedly broken into numerous vehicles at two automotive repair shops along Young Street. He was held for court.
North Tonawanda
DISORDERLY: David L. Serrano, 41, 59 Allen St., was charged at 10:45 p.m. Wednesday on Meadow Drive with disorderly conduct. He was released on his own recognizance.
ENDANGERING: Kimberly P. Loos, 25, 54 Oakwood Terrace, was charged at 4:38 p.m. Wednesday with endangering the welfare of a child. Loos was held for court.
INTIMIDATION: Joseph J. Sachman, 37, 386 Esser Ave., Buffalo, turned himself in on a warrant from February 2012 and was charged at 8:26 a.m. Thursday with third-degree intimidation of a victim, second-degree menacing and second-degree aggravated harassment. He was held for court.
