DWI: William R. Weigold, 23, of Channing Court, was arrested Thursday for DWI, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle and unlawful possession of marijuana. His blood alcohol level was 0.15 percent. He was held for court.
DRUGS: Brittany D. Fuhrey, 23, of Newell Avenue, was arrested Thursday for fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, possession of a hypodermic instrument and criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was held for court.
North Tonawanda
DRUGS: Michael A. Thorton, 51, 6734 Niagara Falls Blvd., Niagara Falls, was charged at 8:12 p.m. Wednesday with two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance. He was held for court.
WARRANT: Heather D. Mongold, 23, 19 Berz Drive, lower, was arrested at 1:45 p.m. Thursday with failure to appear in court for a petit larceny charge. She was picked up by police on a warrant and held for court.
