Tonawanda News — Town of Tonawanda

PUBLIC INTOXICATION: Eric M. Freeman was arrested Thursday for being under the influence of drugs or narcotics in a public place. He is being held in lieu of $100 bail. 

DRUGS: Robin L. Blassingame was arrested Wednesday for unlawful possession of marijuana, operating a motor vehicle without inspection certificate and operating a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver. She was issued an appearance ticket and traffic tickets. 

DRUGS: Brian C. Freeman was arrested Wednesday for unlawful possession of marijuana and a windshield tint violation. He was issued an appearance ticket.

WEAPON: Jeremy S. Curley was arrested Tuesday for fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon. 

DWI: James D. Malin was arrested Tuesday for DWI, refusal to take breath test and motor vehicle lights not meeting the standards. He was issued three traffic tickets.

DWI: Stephen D. Smith was arrested Tuesday for DWI, speeding and failure to keep right. He was being held in lieu of $450 bail. 

LARCENY: Joseph L. Suszynksi was arrested Monday for petit larceny. He allegedly took drugs from a local store and was issued an appearance ticket. 

DRUGS: Lisa M. Park was arrested Monday for unlawful possession of marijuana. She was issued an appearance ticket.

DRUGS: Errick E. Elias Jr. was arrested Monday for unlawful possession of marijuana. He was issued an appearance ticket.

LARCENY: Thoams Alva was arrested Monday for petit larceny. He allegedly stole beer from a local store. 

City of Tonawanda

DRUGS: Brian M. Delgross, 25, of Beckwith Street, Niagara Falls, was arrested Thursday for criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. He was held for court. 

WARRANT: Alberto Perez, 56, of Robert Drive, North Tonawanda, surrendered Thursday on a warrant for larceny. He was held for court. 

WARRANT: Gary M. Wright, 45, of Military Road, Kenmore, surrendered Thursday on a warrant for criminal contempt. He was held for court.

MENACING: Tony A. Fire, 40, of Two Mile Creek Road, was arrested Thursday for third-degree menacing, second-degree unlawful imprisonment, fourth-degree stalking. He was held for court. 

DRUGS: Thomas M. Potts, 51, Benzinger Street, Buffalo, was arrested Thursday for unlawful possession of marijuana and suspended registration. He was released on an appearance ticket. 

WARRANT: Alexander L. Mackey, 27, Haller Street, Cheektowaga, was arrested Friday on a bench warrant for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. He was held for court. 

North Tonawanda 

LARCENY: Robert S. Bauer, 22, 3343 Raymond Road, Sanborn, was charged at 7:45 p.m. Thursday with petit larceny. He was released on his own recognizance. 

DWI: Matthew W. Wendelboe, 33, 381 East Stenzil St., lower, was charged at 9:55 p.m. Thursday with DWI and failure to keep right. He had a blood alcohol content of 0.10 percent and is being held in lieu of $250 bail.
