Tonawanda News — City of Tonawanda

DWI: Michael J. Innarella, 37, of Norwood Avenue, Buffalo, was arrested Sunday for DWI, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, suspended registration and speeding. His blood alcohol level was 0.10 percent and he was held for court.

CONTEMPT: Andrew A. Loeser, 25, of William Street, was arrested Sunday for criminal contempt. He was held for court.

DWI: Herbert H. Kranzmann, 77, of Oliver Street, North Tonawanda, was arrested Saturday for DWI and driving on the shoulder of the road. He was involved in an accident and hit guardrails on Niagara Street. He was sent to Erie County Medical Center.

DWI: Rhea L. Walker, 19, of Klinger Street, was arrested Saturday for DWI, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, second-degree governmental obstruction, unlawful possession of marijuana, driving without a driver’s license, driving without insurance and driving without headlights. She refused to take the breath test and was held for court.

WARRANT: Theresa M. Weedham, 33, of Oliver Street, North Tonawanda, was arrested Saturday on a bench warrant for criminal mischief. She was held for court.
