Tonawanda News — City of Tonawanda

WARRANT:

Deborah A. Gugino, 54, of Balzac Court, surrendered Wednesday on a warrant for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. She was held for court. 

LARCENY:

Nicholas L. Frank, 27, of Adam Street, was arrested Thursday on a warrant for larceny. During a pat down Thursday, officers found hypodermic needles on Frank and he was also charged with possession of hypodermic needles. He was held for court. 

HARASSMENT:

Matthew P. Nusstein, 20 of Francine Lane, surrendered Thursday on a warrant for second-degree harassment and fourth-degree stalking. He was held for court. 

WARRANT:

Thomas J. Gosch, 60, of Beach Road, Cheektowaga, surrendered Thursday on a warrant for a sex offender violation. He was held for court.

North Tonawanda

WARRANT:

Alan E. Bilbee, 32, 46 Long Ave., Apt. 4, Tonawanda, was picked up on a warrant and charged at 1:34 p.m. Wednesday with aggravated criminal contempt, third-degree assault, and fourth-degree criminal mischief. He was held for court.

WARRANT:

Carlo T. Larussa, 24, 56 Felton St., was arrested on a warrant for third-degree robbery, petit larceny and second-degree harassment. He is being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.
