ADWI: Angela T. Campbell was charged at 12:52 a.m. Monday with aggravated DWI, crossing a highway divider and failure to use designated lane. Campbell was stopped for swerving and hitting the median when the officer detected the odor of alcohol, according to reports. Campbell allegedly failed field sobriety tests and a chemical breath test revealed a 0.25 percent blood alcohol content. Campbell was held for court.
DWI: Paul J. Darling was charged at 2 p.m. Sunday with DWI and two counts of vehicular assault. Darling was being questioned after a car accident that sent two people to the hospital with serious injuries when the officer detected the odor of alcohol, according to reports. Darling passed three field sobriety tests and consented to submit to blood and urine tests. He was held for court.
DRUGS: Sheila A. Ralston was charged at 1:37 a.m. Sunday with unlawful possession of marijuana and criminal possession of a controlled substance. Police stopped a person exiting Ralston’s hotel room for staggering, according to reports. The woman told officers she had been smoking crack cocaine and that Ralston had other drugs inside. Ralston allegedly admitted to drug use and turned over a bag of marijuana seeds and a crack pipe. She was released on an appearance ticket.
ADWI: Timothy J. Stoll was charged at 12:07 a.m. Sunday with aggravated DWI and a traffic violation. Stoll was being questioned after a car accident when the officer detected the odor of alcohol, according to reports. Stoll allegedly failed field sobriety tests and a chemical breath test revealed a 0.18 percent blood alcohol content. Stoll was held for court.
ASSAULT: Roy L. Degenfelder was charged at 4 p.m. Saturday with attempted assault and criminal contempt. Early Saturday morning Degenfelder was arrested and charged with harassment. After being freed from jail, he allegedly returned to the scene of the earlier altercation and was arrested after an ensuing domestic incident. He was held for court.
DWI: John S. Restivo was charged at 5 a.m. Saturday with DWI, speeding and aggravated unlicensed operation. Restivo was stopped for speeding when the officer detected the odor of alcohol, according to reports. Restivo allegedly failed field sobriety tests and refused a chemical breath. Restivo was held for court.
DWI: Andrew J. Kanaley was charged at 4 a.m. Saturday with DWI and driving to the left of pavement markings. Kanaley was stopped for swerving when the officer detected the odor of alcohol, according to reports. Kanaley allegedly failed field sobriety tests and a chemical breath test revealed a 0.15 percent blood alcohol content. Kanaley was held for court.
City of Tonawanda
WARRANT: Derek E. Rogers, 39, 88 Main St., surrendered at 1:15 p.m. Monday on a warrant for endangering the welfare of a child. He was held for court.
WARRANT: Ryan W. Christy, 22, 186 Westgate Road, was arrested at 10 p.m. Sunday on a warrant for driving with suspended registration. He was held for court.
North Tonawanda
DISORDERLY: Danarae Dotter, 23, 64 Edgewood Ave., Tonawanda, was charged at 1:22 a.m. Sunday with disorderly conduct and an open container violation. She was released on her own recognizance.
HARASSMENT: William S. Golab, 27, 5 Main St., Tonawanda was charged at 8:45 p.m. Sunday with aggravated harassment and criminal contempt, and Erin M. Douglas, 26, same address, was charged with aggravated harassment. The charges stemmed from a domestic incident. Golab was held for court and Douglas is being held in lieu of $500 bail.
ADWI: Aaron M. Masters, 28, 231 Robinson St., was charged at 8 p.m. Sunday with aggravated DWI and assault. Masters was stopped while leaving the scene of a domestic incident when the officer detected the odor of alcohol, according to reports. Masters allegedly failed field sobriety tests and a chemical breath test revealed a 0.19 percent blood alcohol content. Masters was held for court.
