Tonawanda News — Kenmore man arrested for steroid possession
State Police arrested a Kenmore man for speeding and found him in possession of steroids

Troopers pulled over Michael A. Vasquez, 23, for going 81 mph in a 55 mph zone while driving eastbound on I-290 in the Town of Tonawanda.
A check revealed that Vasquez’s license was suspended and the trooper found various hypodermic needles and vials containing sterile testosterone in the vehicle.
He was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminally possessing a hypodermic instrument, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle and speeding.
Vasquez was issued appearance tickets will appear Oct. 22 in Tonawanda Town Court.

DRUGS:
Holly M. Francis, 27, of Cleveland Avenue, was arrested Monday for criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was turned over to Cheektowaga police for a warrant in her name.
LARCENY:
Matthew M. McMullen, 21, of Shelley Court, was arrested Tuesday for petit larceny and criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was allegedly stealing bikes from Tonawanda Middle School. McMullen also had a bench warrant out in his name. He was held for court.

HARASSMENT:
David M. Wozniak, 42, of Spruce Street, was arrested Monday for endangering the welfare of a child and harassment. He was held for court.
DRUGS:
Joshua W. Catchpole, 24, of Central Lane, was arrested Tuesday for criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlicensed operation of a vehicle, not wearing a seat belt and displaying a forged certificate of inspection. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail.
