Tonawanda News — So the complaint is that you walked to a restaurant, got your wine and soup, left the restaurant to buy some glasses and think its ridiculous that you have to pay $14 for wine and soup in Tonawanda? What’s your point? That you had no plans to pay because you think it was too expensive and they owe you? Didn’t you look at the menu and add the cost before you ordered or did you need to go to the Dollar Store to buy a calculator?

President Bush had nothing to do with Ethanol fuel. President Obama just recently signed legislation to increase the amount of Ethanol to 15 percent.

Who in their right mind would put carpeting in a pavilion that ius going to be used for banquets and parties where drinks will be served. Only the City of Tonawanda.

I truly have to make comment on somebody saying that the City of Tonawanda Main Street is boring, disregarded and not as beautiful as North Tonawanda. Luckily they have the space to redo North Tonawanda, but the city of Tonawanda is wonderful. I walk down there constantly I have all the antique stores and restaurants. I had family in from Arizona and Chicago and they absolutely loved the quaintness of our city.

Why is it that when an automobile or a truck or whatever drives into a building and it’s someone who is not a senior, and it’s a younger person, there’s no big deal being made about it. But when it’s a senior who does that it’s on the front page of every paper? Is there a double standard there?
