Staff Report
Erie Community College sophomore point guard T.J. Crittenden tore his meniscus and is out for the season.
The former Niagara Falls standout said he suffered the injury during a track workout.
He had surgery last week and will begin rehabilitation exercises soon.
He is still enrolled at ECC and plans to play next season with hopes of securing a scholarship to a four-year school.
Crittenden was a key defensive stopper on the 2007 state finalist team, and was transferring closer to home after spending time at Technical Career Institute in New York City. During his stay he appeared in 13 games and averaged 2.0 points per contest.
